The following list of missions is from the Record of Combat Duty of S/Sgt Lawrence J. Toeppe, Left Gunner.

On 29 May 1945 Toeppe and 3 other members of the crew were KIA as a result of battle damage to their aircraft that resulted in their ditching. Arland Chirst-Janer, Bombardier, went on to fly with another crew, but it is not known if any of the other survivng members of Crew 46 remained as crew and continued to fly or if a replacement crew was formed to take their crew's place flying as "Crew 46."
