After discharge from the service on Decemebr 12, 1945 Theron Worsham returned to Louisiana where he and his wife Lella Mae Bryant lived most of their lives in Sreveport.

He worked for the Shreveport Trolley Company after the war for a while. On Feb 1, 1948, he went to work for the United States Postal service and retired on Jan 1, 1980.

Theron and Lella Mae were married on Jul 7, 1942 and shared 50 years of marriage together before her passing December 3, 1992 just 4 months before Worsham passed away.

He had 3 children - Gary born Nov 1940; Sharon Nov 1947 and Linda born Oct 1948. His daughter Sharon was killed in boating accident when she was 12 yrs old. He also had two grandchildren - Carolyn Ann and Jason Wesley.

Theron's hobby was fishing and as such, they bought a camp house in Oil City after his retirement.
