Merle Edward Jacobson was born June 22, 1917.

He enlisted on 3 Jan 1942. Discharged on Dec 23, 1945 from Camp McCoy, Wisconsin Seperation Center.  He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon with 1 service star for Air Offensive of Japan.

Merle E. Jacobson passed away 6 June 1990.
