Colonel Michael R. Dickey, US Air Force
Special Assistant to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff

Colonel Dickey, presented the veterans of the 39th BG with a Letter of Tribute from General Richard B. Myers, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Dickey's grandfather, Sgt Howard V. Dickey, served with the 39th BG's 61st BS as a camera tech on Guam during WWII.
